MENSTRUATION Menstruation is the discharge of periodic blood from the uterus. This occurs each an every month approximately. The period at which menstruation occur is known as menses. Women undergoes a certain changes at this period which affect their normal condition physically and mentally. As a result of this their emotion alter rapidly due to hormonal activities. These features are; low energy, tiredness, crying spells, sadness, sudden unexplained changes in mood, irritability, poor or high sleeping,lack of interest in daily activities and higher trouble concentration.
